Planned investment is a high standard four-star hotel which functions all year around mostly for individual guests, in particular families with children, but also for those traveling solo, in pairs or as a group of friends.

Above all, the investment neighbors the newly built and mostly visited promenade by the Grajcarek river.

Apartments

The hotel will have 49 rooms and additionally offer 61 apartments for sale in a condo system. The hotel will have a pool, fitness center, various saunas, ultra red, ice dispensers, adventure shower, massage salons and cosmetic salons. In the hotel there will also be a restaurant, conference room, lounge bar and a mineral water fountain as well as a café. For the youngest guests, there will also be a kid’s play room.

Security:

  • You are purchasing a fully-owned apartment together with the land title entered in the Land. In addition, it secures your entry in the land register established at the stage of the preliminary contract

What costs are incurred by the Investor:

  • 10% of the price of the apartment when signing a preliminary contract
  • 90% of the price of the apartment when signing a contract transferring the ownership of the premises after the building is put into use and the separation of the premises
  • Property tax
  • Administrative fee for using 28 days in the apartment

 

What costs are incurred by the Operator:

  • Property insurance
  • Maintenance costs for common parts
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintaining a proper technical condition of the premises

 

In addition, the Operator will bear the following costs during the contract:

  • Operation and exploitations cost
  • Cleaning and function
  • The cost of acquiring and servicing the persons renting the apartments
  • Utilities costs
